Returns & exchanges

Because every pair is authenticated before dispatch, we accept returns and refunds only in two cases:

• the item arrived defective or damaged; or
• you need a size exchange.

How long do I have?

You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. The pair must be unworn, in its original box, with the Supra Club authentication tag still attached.

Refund timing

Once your return is approved, we process the refund within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to start a return

Email support@bysupraclub.com with your order number and the reason (defect or size exchange) and we'll guide you through it.
