Approved pairs leave with a numbered, tamper-proof Supra Club tag. Keep it attached to stay eligible for returns.
If it fails, it doesn't ship.
A pair that fails any check never reaches you. You get a verified replacement or a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

Can I return after removing the tag?
Returns require the authentication tag still attached and the pair unworn in its original box. Removing the tag voids the return.
How long does authentication take?
Inspection is completed within 24–48h of your order, then the pair is packed and dispatched with tracking.
